CPU-Z for Windows: free CPU and system information software

CPU-Z is the free CPUID software that identifies the hardware inside a Windows PC. It reads the processor's own identification data and reports the CPU name and code name, cores and threads, live clock speed, multiplier, cache levels, socket and supported instruction sets — the CPU information Windows itself only summarises.

Beyond the processor, CPU-Z shows mainboard and chipset details with the BIOS version, memory type, size, channels and timings with the full SPD table for each module, and the graphics card name, memory and clocks. A built-in benchmark and a validation feature round out the picture, and everything can be exported through Tools > Save Report.
