These terms govern the use of cpuid.net and of the software distributed from it. Browsing the site or downloading a program means you accept them; if you do not, please do not use the site.
cpuid.net publishes documentation and download links for CPU-Z, HWMonitor, HWMonitor PRO, PerfMonitor 2 and powerMAX, together with news and reference material for Windows users. Pages are offered as they are, and availability is not guaranteed: hosting, an individual download or a whole section may be interrupted or withdrawn.
The free programs may be installed and used at no charge on as many Windows PCs as you like, private or professional. They may not be sold, bundled with a commercial product, repackaged with an installer of your own, or redistributed on a download portal without written agreement from CPUID. HWMonitor PRO is commercial software governed by the license purchased with it, including its update period.
Reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the binaries is not permitted. Redistribution of an unmodified installer inside an organization, for internal use, is fine.
These utilities read hardware registers and, in the case of powerMAX, load components to their maximum. They are supplied without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. You run them on your own responsibility, and CPUID cannot be held liable for data loss, downtime, hardware failure or any indirect damage arising from their use.

You may quote a short passage with a link back to the source page. Copying whole pages, mirroring the site, or republishing our material as your own is not permitted. Licenses are sold through a payment provider, which handles the transaction and the card data. A license key is delivered after payment clears. If a key does not arrive or does not work, contact us with the purchase reference from your order and we will sort it out.
